What it is

A biomechanical assessment looks at how your whole lower limb moves, feet, ankles, knees, hips and posture, to understand the root cause of pain or recurring injury. The findings inform a personalised plan that may include exercises, footwear changes or custom orthotics.

Do I need to bring anything?
Yes, please bring your usual trainers and any work or sports shoes you wear regularly.
Will I definitely need orthotics?
Not always. Orthotics are only prescribed when the assessment shows they will genuinely help.
