What it is

Cracked heels and persistent heel pain can stop you in your tracks. We reduce hard skin, treat fissures and identify whether the cause is dryness, footwear or an underlying biomechanical issue.

Why it happens

  • Open-backed footwear and prolonged standing

Aftercare

Looking after your feet

Apply a urea-based heel balm twice daily, file gently with a foot file once a week and choose closed-back shoes while the skin recovers.

Could it be plantar fasciitis?
