Aftercare
Looking after your feet
After minor nail surgery you will be given a sterile dressing pack and clear instructions for daily saline soaks. Most people return to school or work the next day and to sport within two weeks.

Common questions
- Will the nail look normal afterwards?
- After partial nail avulsion the nail simply looks slightly narrower, most people barely notice.
- Is the procedure painful?
- The toe is fully numbed with local anaesthetic so the procedure itself is pain-free.
