FAQ
Questions, answered.
How long does a typical project take?+
Most fitted furniture projects take 6–10 weeks from design sign-off to installation. Kitchens typically run 10–14 weeks. Installation itself is normally 2–5 days.
Do you offer finance?+
Yes - we offer 0% finance on qualifying projects over £3,000, subject to status. Ask us for the current terms during your consultation.
Do you provide 3D visuals before I commit?+
Absolutely. Every project includes CAD drawings and photorealistic 3D visuals so you can see, adjust and approve the design before we begin building.
Where are you based and how far do you travel?+
Our workshop is in Buckinghamshire. We install regularly across Aylesbury, Tring, Leighton Buzzard, Bicester, Thame, Milton Keynes, Amersham and High Wycombe.
What guarantee do you provide?+
All Birch Bespoke installations carry a 10-year workmanship guarantee. Hardware carries the manufacturer warranty.
How much does a fitted wardrobe cost?+
As a guide, fitted wardrobes typically start from around £3,500 for a small run and £8,000+ for a full master bedroom in premium finishes. Every quote is bespoke.
Do I need to clear the room before installation?+
Yes - we ask that rooms are emptied and walls cleared before our team arrives. For larger projects we can discuss a phased installation so you can keep using your home.
Can you match existing woodwork or paint colours?+
Absolutely. We regularly colour-match Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and other paint ranges, and can source matching veneers to blend new joinery with existing timber.
What happens at the first consultation?+
We visit your home, discuss how you use the space, take measurements and talk through styles, materials and budgets. You will receive a detailed quote and 3D visuals before any work begins.
Do you manage plumbers, electricians and other trades?+
For kitchen and bathroom projects we coordinate trusted trades on your behalf, including plumbers, electricians and tilers, so the whole project runs smoothly from start to finish.
