Why we do it this way
Radley started in Aylesbury in 1998 with two fitters and a van. The model has not changed much: survey the house properly, specify what suits it, make or source the frames to that survey, and fit them with our own teams. What has changed is the range - aluminium, composite and solid-roof rooms now sit alongside the uPVC we began with.
Subcontracting the fitting is the normal way to run a window company. It is also the reason so many installations go wrong: the person on the ladder never saw the survey and has another job to reach by four o'clock. Our fitters are employed, trained in-house and paid for the job being right rather than being quick.
We register every installation with FENSA, so your building-regulations certificate arrives in the post without you asking. The guarantee behind the work is insurance-backed for ten years, which means it survives us as well as you.

A second visit before anything is ordered, measuring to the reveal and checking lintels, sills and access.

Manufacture
Four to six weeks for most ranges. We tell you the week, then confirm the day once frames are in.

Installation
Employed fitters, dust sheets, old frames removed and taken away, making good in the same visit.

Sign-off
We walk the job with you, adjust anything you flag, and register the installation with FENSA.
